Started running in Spring 2008 as I was bored and feeling rather unchallenged at the gym. Signed up for GNR not expecting to get in but fortunately I did (unfortunate I thought at the time). Managed a 2h15ish which was faster than I predicted but slower than the 2h I was optimisticly hoping for. Considering the injuries I had prior to this I'm amazed I got around at all. Apart from that I did the poorly organised nike human race, and the London 6k Santa Run. A lot more lined up for 2009 though!
