Ok, well i used to run a lot when i was at school and even managed to get to the finals of the english schools cross country championships. Then i left school and had to work and running became something i did when i had the time. I am now looking at getting back into running and also find someone or a couple of people to run with, as everyone i used to run with are now at universities across the country.
