30 something female who up until last year had spent 20 years sitting on my bottom in an office. Now working for the ambulance service and using her more friendly hours of work to get fit.
Enjoys running and swimming (but absolutly awful on a bike).
Hoping work build up to half marathan distance for this years Birmingham Half Marathon in October.
