47 years young. 6ft 2in, 15st 7lbs - muscular build. Took up running seriously in memory of my nephew who was killed cycling to school in 2006.
Completed 2 half marathons this year (Stratford and MK NSPCC). Entered my home half (Leicester). After joining the local Greens gym I've improved my fitness and am hoping to get close to a 2 hour half at Leicester (Oct 11th). Stratford 2.22, MK 2.08, Leicester ??.
Intermittent knee problems which I have learnt to deal with. I'd love to do at least 1 full mara over the next few years.
