I'm a beginner and have just started running. When I have attempted to run in the past I always found myself thinking 'What the f*** are you doing this for?", or turning back after 200 yards. Since giving up the fags 6 months ago, I am not turning back home after 200 yards, and am amazed that I can run miles without stopping. My main goal is to stop drinking wine during the evening and with a little luck, and plenty of training, enter for the London Marathon in 2009.
