But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient.
Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead.

Got a bit sick of driving the missus to races only to stand around waiting for her to finish (especially when it was pouring with rain) so decided to stared taking this running thing more seriously at the start of May 2007. Not a good Summer in 2008 as have been suffering from a left knee problem since May. OK so the knee problem persisted far too long (throught 2009 to be precise) but in the last 2 months have actually been able to do some running without limping like a 80 year old for 2 weeks afterwards.
