I started running competitively in mid-2011 as a way to force myself to make the most of my gym membership. I now aim to do a race each month. So far I've almost solely run 10Ks (did do a charity 5K first) and am training to step up to half marathon in early 2012.
Current goals:
- Sub 40 minute 10K
- Complete my first half marathon
I'm based in Greenhithe, Kent and run most of my races around London and the South East.
