I started running jan 2011 and all I want to do is go fast. I have learned loads since I started running, I need to enter more races so I can see what my speed is really like.
Still running strong and after 20 months still loving running more now than when I started.
Been trying to up my mileage and feel much stronger running, I have also been running lots of recovery runs and feel they are vital for improving.
