What can I say....I run around Market Rasen, up the quiet area past the racecourse and into the countryside, sometimes on my own (long), sometimes with my wife (mid distance), We never walk, I'll try to wave as much as I can and it's a lovely time to think, not think and beat my own times. Lovely.
