Notes & Comments

Manchester Marathon 2014. Well chuffed with that time, beyond my best hopes. Set off steady ran for a bit with WW, but pushed on about 4 miles. Was very apprehensive that something was going to go drastically wrong but it never did. A great feeling overtaking loads of people, 150 in last 10k !!!
