Tunbridge Wells Half marathon!!! OMG - sub 90min half on a tough course!!! Attempted to follow the 1:30 pacer at the start but i felt he went off waaay to quick so did my own thing. Long draggy hill at mile 6-7, then *that* hill mile 7-8!!! Absolute killer!! Had to really motivate myself to get the speed back up again afterwards. Very pleased that my last mile was the quickest!! Since when did it become 'ok' to run at that pace??!!

Absolutely chuffin thrilled!!!
