16th Woodcote a bit disappointed 16 sec. slower than last year but faster than Henley and Tadley, but I did feel I was running better this year and I remembered Arthurs training breath deep relax arms down hill and pump up arms up hill.

Now discovered started watch before start therefore time quicker than first thought. Only 10 sec slower than last year.
