That was bloody rubbish. Decided definitely not to run at 4am when knee woke me up, but got up in time for the race and decided I might as well have a run
Stopped and had a jog which degenerated into a walk around 4k then gradually worked my way back to overtaking people after the 5k mark. SUrprised my slowest mile was as quick as 7.22!
Really fed up today, kee quite stiff during and afterwards, and also some referred pain into calf, which doesn't help.
