Time to bin the racing shoes! Anyone know of any good shops like Advance Performance in London on nearer, like Advance Performance but cheaper, with Footscan technology?
Confirmation I've lost a lot of fitness but to be expected and not a bad starting point. Time to start training and eating properly again. Will do Riga Half as training.
