🏃♂️ 0.75 warm up 3 minute walk 5 mile full effort 0.4 recovery.
Not near the 7:00 min mile target legs very weary so happy with what I got from them. It did say to find a flat route didn’t fancy 5 miles on a track or round and round a park so some undulating bits in run.
