Stamford 30k. Mixed feelings! Beat target time of 2:20 by a minutes but went out slightly faster and struggled in the hills. Just about spot on for target marathon pace, so need to add another 12.2 km at the same pace in the next 9 weeks. Garmin shows 1200ft of hills 153rd / 630

2nd 10km -47.00
3rd 10km - 47.00!
