Tried to run this at tempo pace (which would have been about 7:20 for mile 1). Couldn't hold that. Tried to out run a women at the end, I'm 5 minutes faster than her and not only could I not catch her, she was dropping me... I was going backwards at a spectacular rate of knots. Fair surprised I finished this

I actually don't think I've felt that weak while running before. Hopefully your right, but I have a feeling my 10k in 3 weeks is already a write-off.
