Garmin time-RNR stage 11 for CoNAC ladies.
Bungay to Scole-stitch for 2 miles but was ok in the end.

Going good for first 7 miles@ 7.30-ish pace but slowed with the undulations and stitch!! Pleased though, as first "race" since starting to run again properly around July, and felt pretty strong throughout.
