Club trip to Tallinn. Fantastic weekend. Great location, the best possible hotel in terms of start and finish of the race (brilliant choice Marts!!) Weather was clear blue skies the whole time and as usual a great bunch from WJ.

Congrats to Marts , Simon, Jules for doing the full Marathon on a warm day (23deg C) and an uphill section at the finish , which all of us who just did the one lap half marathon found hard enough (spot the times miles 12,13.) Having said that I really enjoyed the run, it was a downhill start then out along the coast, through open and wooded areas, with great views. Then turn back along the coast and a final run round the old town of Tallinn, with uphill and cobbles for a while at the end. Marathon guys set off at 9 am, Half marathoners at 11:30, then 10 k runners off at 13:30. The latter race seemed v hot and v packed! Despite that there were some great runs from Team WJ! Great support from everyone but especially from the non running members HJ, Shirley, Shirley, Shirley and Hannah!
