Notes & Comments

Magor Marsh 10k, near Caldicot. Same course as Wildlife Run in May, but much warmer conditions. Good tussle with fellow oldies, Mike Murphy and Glyn, in opening 3k though managed to pull away after that. Thought I had overcooked it by 7k, so forced to ease off a little, but still managed a season's best. Bit more effort and cooler temps might have gone under 38 mins.
