Sun - Early in the month for An Resek Hellys (the race of Helston) Really like this race - someone said it's longer than 10 miles, well as it is multi-terrain I don't think it can be! missed the mile 4 marker, not sure how accurate they are - 2nd FV55 - COURSE BEST - it was a lovely day, beautiful views on the coastal path down to the Lizard - chilly wind!
