Notes & Comments

Started at very back of field and ran steadily until 5k stretched leg and walked 20 seconds at water station. Managed to catch a few more people before end slowed at 7.5k and then returned to even paced from 8k in. A little surprised at time as I have only completed one 10k since November 2012. Will go to park run tomorrow as part of plan to get back to fitness only a week until holidays.
