Classic British Fell Race:Kinder downfall 1970ft of climb and 9.60 mile distance.Two brutal climbs to kinder then a bit of undulation along kinder edge and a long brakes off descent back to Hayfield.Found the climbs very tough and slow going.Epic day had and the very strong winds on kinder resulted in the downfall blowing upwards and giving everyone a good soaking :-)cake and food for afters in the scout hut and prizes for a few glossopdalers.
