Hinchingbrooke Frostbite. Hadnt been feeling great since track Tuesday,but seemed to be ok on the day. Lost my shoe again after around 2.5m and lost about 15 seconds putting it back on!I will tell myself that is why I was beaten by people I shouldnt have been,but Im not sure?
