Great Run Local 5k at Wythenshawe Park
Faster than yesterdays Parkrun, would love to think it's an improvement but really it's because it was flat! Heart rate through the roof again in that 3rd mile. Really pushing but still had to drop to a few sneaky walks. Bother!

2 hard days back to back. Must make tomorrow a gentle sub-70% effort.
