Turned up late today for the Bourne frostbite. Piggysquealer and I didn't even have time to change into our trail shoes! Started off at the back but gradually managed to work my way through at a steady pace. Didn't really want to run flat out as did 10 miles yesterday with PS and knee strain getting better. glad I chose to go steady as it was a very hard and muddy course. Well done to everyone who ran today!
