Notes & Comments

The Mt. Errigle day. Brilliant, exhilirating, a little frightening at times too. 1.7m from house to car park, then changed auto-lap to 0.25m. Very boggy uphill start, then once out of the bog it got steep and loose, and not very much of it was run.
Tried to run down as much as possible, although my quads hurt for days after and I wish I'd taken it steadier!
Garmin stopped for 0.38m, guess 3min, on road back down, so added to total.
