Notes & Comments

Norwich Half 8th. Had a good run here despite the time looking rubbish compared to my PB. The wind today was crazy, almost at comedy levels! (28mph with gusts of 60mph) If I was a bit sharper off the gun I could have got in the lead group and shelter from the elements but I didnt :-( Times looked to be 3 to 4 minutes down on what you would expect and the guy 15 seconds ahead of me ran a 32-45 10k last week so Im pretty happy.
