Dublin Marathon, went pretty damn near perfectly.
Cold and dry, slight breeze. 12 and 13 were in to breeze. 20 was the sod of a hill that finished me last year. I hit lap for 24m too late
HR strap started to slip down in first mile, and I tried to hoick it up 3-4 times. But it just slipped to waist by itself and I gave up. I am a couple of pounds lighter, but I think that elastic might be knackered officially now. It sat on waist till 24.5, then I chucked it to Jill.
Jeez how many mile markers did I miss?
