Notes & Comments

Oldbury Power Station 10 mile race: first flat 10 miler I've run so a pb definitely begging. Well inside pb pace for first half of race, but second half into the gale (actually a stiff breeze) drained energy trying to maintain target pace. In the end scraped a pb the narrowest of margins - 1 second. Good pb for Alistair just behind me, and big pb for Wendy...well done and good running guys! Who knows what we might have achieved without the 'gales'.
