Garmin time. Up at G's mums for a visit, so thought I'd give this one a crack. I like this parkrun-v friendly and sociable! Not a PB course-3 times up the hill put paid to that, but a small and perfectly formed event! :0) Watch out for the Canada Geese at the lake! Not as windy as I feared too! :0) Bacon, cheese, tomato oatcake at Flavours afterwards is a must!!
