well, looking back, i think i quite enjoyed the mud, puddles, hills and general complete off road nature of this race!!! its june for goodness sakes- there shouldnt be mud like that! great day out. kids enjoyed their mile race and tobes managed to sprint to the line, john did his usual turn up and run without any training(!) and i came out of the experience with 3rd place which was totally unexpected given that i avoid off road races like the plague! ended with a fantastic picnic at Hatfield forest- good all round day out. thanks all x
