Yateley I. A lack of structured training showed - got to 4 miles with an average split of 7.31, and the next two miles were at an average of 8.02. Picked up inevitably for the last quarter of a mile, but a clear need to build my endurance, and also a big unknown factor about how fast I could be going with regular speed training. First time I've ever recorded "heavy rain" and "warm" in the same run!!
