Congratulations on the sub 23 min 5K and the PB :-). Yet another 2012 goal ticked off and it's only March :-). So what's caused the improvement? Do you have a training partner? Are they any good?
I just keep thinking, "the sooner I finish the sooner the bloke in my head will stop telling me it's textbook and shouting at me to go faster"
