Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Notes & Comments

This was supposed to be a long run, but I decided to go for a 5km run at Alexandra park. I took my time carefully as I have had a cold all week. My Garmin thingy said that it took 33.19 mins, but the lady at the finish said 32.28. I am not going to argue with her. Since completing the run, I have been coughing an spluttering and now my chest and throat hurt.

I took things so carefully that I did not even breakout a sweat, which considering I was wearing a plastic top incase it rained is quite something. Because I w'asn't feeling 100% I did not take my HRM incase it scared me
