Had a solid run Country to Capital. Felt good pretty much throughout (except last 5k) will have to work on that. First run for over a year (Oct 10) was unwell for a while. Now back and contentish with run. Not sure how correct the time is (was told as a I finished) will update when officialdom publishes the results. Will improve Happy Happy
