Elan Valley 10. Time given is by my stop-watch; official time not yet available. Was last all the way, but probably by far the oldest; oldest woman, anyhow. Did the first 5 miles in under an hour (the first mile in under 10 mins!) but couldn't quite keep up the pace even though the worst of the hills came in the first half of the race.
