Possibly equal course pb 2nd fastest ever so pleased with this as felt ok.started of with Suzy,Gwilly &Alex soon tucked in behind Gwilly up to almost 3 miles then Rod went past so latched on to him for rest of race.Feel back on track after losing 7lb's since Fenland,really tough at end though resisting all those cakes ;).Now looking forward to riverside half
