The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free.
But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient.
Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead.
Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?
Padfield plum fair fell race.Set off at a good pace only a slight incline for first half mile, once through windy harbour farm and across the road the route started to climb to the summit. The climb was gradual and not a vertical one for a change!!!!!!.Slow jog/walk until i reached the top then good running across moor around the loop.route became quite narrow and difficult for me to run on couple of runners overtook me on this section but i was still infront of a few.Quite steep descent to a stream quickly followed by a sharp ascent once at this point it was good running to the finsh battled it out with a woman and stayed within striking distance and overtook her at the road section leading to the finish. Results not up yet so unsure of my position.Pleased with my time 6 mins quicker than 2009.Cracking local race funsize choccy bars at the end for the runners!!!!!
