Nvh 5k - left garmin at home so had to run without time, first 2k were ok but lack of concentration and not knowing what pace I was going prob cost me, asked fenland guy time at 4k and realised if I pushed it would be a pb, ended up being a pb by 12 seconds so really really pleased
