Not sure where that came from! The running hasn't felt easy this week, but I did do very little of it, so maybe the rest helped. Didn't feel too bad until the last few laps, which were hard, but kept it going and even managed a bit of a sprint finish:-)
So a new PB, 16:38, and a new WAVA high of 91.62%!
