Gun time was 22:54. Garmin time was 22:51 (pushed start when I crossed the line). Whatever, a PB! Only took me 8 years to break that! :0)
Pleased with that since still running on an slight injury and had a sore throat/earache.

1st VW40-44, 4th out of 90 women, 62nd out of 218.
Tad warm for it too, and went off in the first mile far too fast!
