Wicken hill Fell race 1000m - After getting stuck in M6 traffic, just about enough time to say hi and bye and off for a run down to register. Legs tired, calfs doms from body sculpt and just feeling a bit knackered and in need of a 10 min lie down after mountain biking and M6 driving. race was geat, tough ascent from Mythonroyd to top of Wicken hill then the good bit, legs a bit wobbly on way down and got pipped by a woman 1sec, who's fella came up and shouted for her to over take, what a sprint finish
