GMFR - am very pleased with this performance as it followed a 48 hour sickness, starvation, couldn't even keep fluids down illness. Also kept watch running when I stopped to have a natter with Mike Hawes, Chris, Cas & Charlie and of course give baby Florence a kiss at the top of cardiac hill 
Also walked through each water station to make sure I took plenty on board. Very happy, just a shame not to have spotted the kids and Sarah at town gate. Great day out with a few drinks (of coke) and a spot of food over a catch up after
