My head wasn't with it today. Then the insane amount of hills just broke me. 26 degree unbroken sunshine didn't help either. Mile 20 I hooked up with a couple of guys resorting to a run/walk, so I went with them - I wasn't going to achieve anything beasting myself in that heat. Happy with finding the guts to sprint the last 0.38m though.
