Notes & Comments

Hanchurch Hilly, with a sting in its tail - Spring trebble. Lovely trail run aroudn the woodlands of Hanchurch. Hilly enjoyable run, yomped parts of up hills. Could have gone faster in the down hill first couple of miles, probs knock a min or so off but got stuck behind a stafford man on the sml trails and missed my opputunity to pass him. Stomach didn't feel great on this run either. But very please as 4th newport woman back. Great social run :-)
