But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. frostbite bourne woods - still windy, didn't enjoy this one

was that because you did it at 7pm and it was dark and we'd all gone home about 6 hours earlier ;) LOL. seriously though, it's the hard runs where you have to tough it out that build the power and strength that help so much on marathon day.
