Folksworth 15... was an awful day for me, I can do better that that in training sometimes!! Just hit a wall at about 8 miles and the rest was just awful Walked in mile 11 while I decided whether to quit or not, but found something to struggle through to the end.... and glad I did, just coz I would be really annoyed with myself now if I hadnt.

Thanks Matt, I know you're right, but it was a horrible experience! You can't wing 15 miles, have to have done the prep which I hadnt!! Need to do some quality sessions now, providing the injury holds out.
