Snowdon International Mountain race - My favourite race again 
Lovely to see Rich at the begining and was glad to share my nervous tension and race anticipation. The weather was awful, Rich had abandoned his 3000's attempt. Started off and carried on slow and steady, Didn't like the steps and path reconstruction, very difficult to run up and stepping was hard. Past all the areas I knew about 3-5 mins ahead of normal and thought I was on for a P.B. Just past the trig point in 1.23.55 and started the descent. Descent was great until wobbley legs about half way down. Weather was shite, visability rubbish. Got to the tarmac bit with a nice suprise of seeing JT, who had also abandoned his welsh 3000's attempt after shite weather and poor visability. Lovely to be supported down by JT and a fab weekend all in all Bit disappointed I was 45 seconds off my P.B after thinking I was about to beat my time, but lost my head a bit on the tarmac descent down... 4 years, 4 races and all about 50seconds within each race, all in very different conditions. If not fast I am consistant.
