Ramsey 10k. Found this difficult due to the heat (got a bit sunburnt!) and there wasn't much breeze. Splits were much slower around 6,7 and 8k which was all the off road bits. Pleased to finish and looking forward to a better time at Bushy.

Splits 6:35 6:11 7:29 4:47 6:10 6:38 6:41 6:58 6:16 6:03 (Dodgy marker at 3km?)

Well done it was hot and hard to make progress on the off road bit. Bushy will be a breeze by comparison, a pb is within your grasp.
